I wanted to improve on what I see as my weakest skill in art - drawing real people, but in my own style. I didn't succeed here, because it looks very photorealistic (and hence not in my own "style").

I'm still on a Memoirs of a Geisha cloud of afterglow. I really want to see that film again - which is amazing, because I've almost *never* felt the need to watch anything a second time so soon after seeing it the first. Apart from Goblet of Fire, I think this is the only other film I've watched over the past few years that I completely adored.

My favourite line from the film:
